YAO’s Lusaka office serves as a national support and consultancy hub. Based in Zambia’s capital city, it facilitates resource mobilisation, research, capacity building, and strategic partnerships in support of projects implemented across Western Province.

Mongu is the headquarters of YAO Zambia and serves as the administrative and strategic centre for all programmes across Western Province. Located in the provincial capital, the Mongu office oversees project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership.

YAO’s Nkeyema office operates as a satellite site and agricultural hub, supporting development work across Nkeyema, Kaoma, and Luampa districts. The site hosts YAO Farms and focuses on integrated fish farming, poultry production, youth mentorship, and out-grower schemes.

The Senanga satellite office supports livestock and cashew-based social enterprise activities, along with civic engagement initiatives. Located in Wanyau Ward, the site focuses on rural development, youth mobilisation, and sustainable farming in the Senanga district.
