Based in Nkeyema, this project focuses on sustainable agriculture and youth empowerment. It includes fish farming, poultry production, crop cultivation, and an out-grower scheme, alongside civic education and training for local leaders and advocacy groups.

Purpose

Coordinate and implement agricultural and civic development across Nkeyema, Kaoma, and Luampa Districts.

  • Layers and broiler chicken farming
  • Fish farming and processing plant
  • Cabbage and crop production
  • Out-grower scheme

  • Community and stakeholder engagement meetings.
  • Inclusive forums in 4 wards.
  • Train 20 local government officials.
  • Create 4 youth- and women-led advocacy groups.
  • Mentorship program for young leaders.
  • Road shows with musicians and celebrities.
  • Live radio roundtable programs.
  • Educational website and materials.
  • Train 20 community leaders on advocacy.
  • Strengthen CSO networks via NGO forum.
  • Review meetings and final evaluation.
